Cross-Country is a great sport that involves running on various courses that range in distance from 1.5 to 3.5 miles. Both Boys and girls are able to compete on a Junior Varsity or Varsity level. Runners compete as a team and as individuals. Cross Country is a fall sport that begins in late August and runs through the first in November.
